About The Buildings ClubYour building, finally transparent: one platform for owners, tenants, administration, front desk, lawyers, agents and contractors. Every person in the building gets their own portal: owners see portfolio, money, documents and legal matters; tenants pay and report issues; the administration runs fees, maintenance and assemblies; the front desk logs visitors and parcels; lawyers handle petitions with digital signatures. What you will do
  • Build and own the sales strategy and the pipeline of The Buildings Club.
  • Win the first and the next customers and partners in Colombia · Switzerland · Global.
  • Set up partnerships, sales channels and resellers.
  • Define offers and pricing together with the Product Manager.
  • Pitch to investors together with the founders.
  • Track the numbers — leads, conversions, revenue — and report them openly.
Who you are
  • Experience in sales or business development, ideally in Real Estate, PropTech, Legal Tech.
  • A network in Colombia · Switzerland · Global, or the drive to build one.
  • Entrepreneurial: you act like an owner and set your own goals.
  • Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team and AI tools.
